Life’s Journey
Willie Louis Walker was born to George Louis Walker and Hannah Walker on March 4, 1934 in Hermansville Mississippi. In 1955, he moved to Texas were he met his loving wife Katheirne Johnson. On August 30, 1957 they were married and remained married for 64 years.
From an exceptional love a family grew. Together they had four girls and four boys. Margaret Ann Jackson, Goerge Louis Walker, Kathy Lynn Shepherd, Vickie E. Jones, Stacy Tanner, Willie Louis Walker Jr, Eric Walker, and Jason Walker. Their eight children birthed twenty-four grandchildren and nine great grand children.
He was dedicated not just to his family but also to the Lord. He became a member of the Church of Christ in 1981 and surrendered his life to christ in 1981 through baptism.
He is preceaded in death of his mother, father, five siblings along with his loving daughter Kathy Lynn Shepherd, Son In Law Douglas L. Jones and Robert Jakckson.
