Life’s Journey
Niki Nicole Patterson was born on November 2, 1981, to Dorothy Nell Patterson and Herbert Ray Lovin. She was raised by her mother and
stepfather, Willie T. Patterson, in Houston, Texas. At an early age, Niki accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at House of Peace Ministry under the leadership of Jeffery Bonner, Sr. She is most known for her kindness, hard work, and nurturing spirit. Niki adored her family, especially her four boys. She was an exceptional mother and grandmother, and there was nothing she would not do for them. She also was very fond of her daughters-in-law; she called them the daughters that she never had. Niki was highly valued and beloved at her workplace. She was a ray of
sunshine, always seeking joy, and dedicated 23 years to her career as a certified nurse assistant. She was very passionate about caring for her
patients at Colonnades Reflection Bay. Her presence was a gift and her loss is deeply felt by her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Patterson, her father Herbert Ray Lovin, stepfather Willie T. Patterson and sisters Jacquline Patterson and Shelia Patterson. She is survived by her four sons: Kory Patterson, Kelton Patterson, Leveal Davis II, and Treveal Davis. She also leaves behind six grandchildren: Javarri Patterson, Darnell Patterson, Brielle Davis, Taè Auri Davis, Leveal Edwards Davis III, and Ksavera Patterson. Additionally, she is survived by five siblings: Karen Patterson, Brenda Patterson, Willie Patterson, Tracie Turner, and Latonga Patterson, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends. She will be remembered for her strength, resilience, sense of humor, and warmth that she carried with her everywhere. May her soul rest in peace and her memory bless all who knew her.
