Life’s Journey

We are sad to announce the passing of Tobbie Solomon Watson of Houston,Texas. She passed suddenly in her sleep peacefully on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at the age of 94. Her family was her sole focus, she valued loyalty , honesty and authenticity. She loved to sing, “This little light of mine” was her favorite, she would sing it everyday. She was passionate about her faith and speaking the truth. She was kind and generous and enjoyed saying things to make you laugh. To say that her family will miss her greatly is an understatement.

Preceded in death by husband Ira Watson Jr and son Timothy Ralph Watson. Lovingly and fondly remembered as a Mother, Grandmother, and Great-Grandmother; she is survived by five daughters, two granddaughters, three grandsons and a host of great- grandchildren.
