Message from Granddaughter: Papa, you were a blessed to live a life filled with adventure and lots of love. Now your suffering is over and you can finally lay to rest. I know you will be watching over your first grandbaby. Although my heart is aching it is also filled with joy knowing that I was able to be blessed with such an outstanding grandfather like you and live to tell some of your legendary stories as I keep you name alive. Rest easy Papa. I will miss you and love you always – your poopsie (D’asia).

To my Uncle: Roland THE LEGEND Latin wasa great uncle full of hope and pride. He was very committed to our family ties. He treated me with love, respect and admiration… which will pass on to future generations. He has truly blessed me in his own way with his warmth, humor intelligence, style and strength. I will truly miss him but I will seek comfort knowing he is in Gods amazing grace.
