Life’s Journey

A strong-willed phenomenal woman named Karsha Arnissa Randolph was born June 7th, 1972 in Houston, TX to the late Cartha Randolph, Jr. and Shirley Boss. Karsha confessed Christ as her personal Lord and savior while instilling those same qualities into her children. Karsha enjoyed spending time reading, attending comedy shows, talking about politics and doing community outreach. Karsha attended Worthing and Willowridge High School in her early years then furthered her education at Lamar University thus completing her Undergraduate in Healthcare Administration at Concordia University.

Throughout her journey, she gave birth to her first-born son Dondre Randolph who was the charming, handsome, and caring son that kept her balanced. Next came Jashua Daniles the funny, loving, and charismatic middle son that kept her smiling and feeling protected. Lastly the beautiful, determined, princess named Maci Daniles who kept her renewed while seeing qualities of herself in her. Karsha spent most of her career in education with HISD and Fort Bend ISD teaching and working as an ARD Facilitator. She enjoyed being a hard worker and letting her work speak for itself. Karsha was rich in spirit and love. Making sure she was willing to step up whenever the opportunity presented itself. She moved with poise and was sincere in her intentions and unselfish in her giving. She will be genuinely missed.

On December 4th, 2023 Karsha spread her wings releasing her worldly woes reuniting with Joshua Daniles (son), Shirley Boss (mother), and Cartha Randolph, Jr. (father) who preceded her in death. Karsha is survived by her oldest son Dondre Randolph, daughter Maci Daniels and an array of enduring beloved family members and friends.
