Remembering Houston Jones III…..

Birth…

Houston Jones III was born to Evelyn Crawford and Houston Jones Jr. on January 5, 1984 in Houston, Texas. He made his heavenly transition January 11, 2024.

Education…

Houston attended Foster Elementary, Woodson Middle School and graduated from Jack Yates Senior High School.

Spirituality…

Houston accepted Christ at an early age at New Bright Star Misionary Baptist Church of Houston, Texas. He was baptized and served under the leadership of Minister Michael S. Nichols Sr.

Lifetime…

Houston was a conservator over many buildings with Houston Independent School District. He also worked with his dad cleaning and servicing buildings with their very own company called Jones Helping Hands LLC. Houston was a care assistant to his father and stepson on his off days. He loved listening to screw music, watching sports (WWE was his favorite), and how much more H-Town could you get being a Slab Enthusiast!

A Time to Rest…

Houston is preceded in death by his mother Evelyn Crawford; two sisters Barbara Nichols and Tamika Jarmon. Houston’s life will forever be cherished in the lives of his true love Donna Cotton; father, Houston Jones Jr.; two brothers Darrell Nichols and Michael Nichols Sr.; a brother from another mother, Broderick Bosley and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that will miss him dearly.
