Life’s Journey

Billy “Chris” topher Williams was born in Houston, Texas, on December 17, 1964, to Billy Jack and Irene Williams. Chris attended Sterling Sr. High School and Albert Thomas Middle School. After graduating from high school, he entered the United States Army and subsequently pursued a career in maintenance. He found pleasure from spending time with his family and friends. He found both Hensel Phelps and First Service Residential to be enjoyable places to work. He was a gentle giant who had a profound impact on all those he interacted with. He supported his children and did his best as a father to his children. Affectionately known as “Skag” by his neighborhood friends, the love for his family and friends was unmatched.

Chris is preceded in death by his father, Billy Williams.

He leaves to cherish his memories by his mother, Irene Dodd (Gramps), three children, Derek Bennet, Octavia Williams, and Mario Jackson, six grandchildren, Delaina, Destiny, Derrick, Messiah, Ryan, and Deacon, three siblings, Audrey Coleman (Charles), Angela, and Alexis, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and lifelong friends.
